our kids had no reaction. Then the year before last my daughter(4) had a seemingly slight reaction, with slight blistering but you can still see faintly where it was on her ankle even to this day. Last year we said no way and brought our own sticker tattoos over for when the kids wanted a tattoo fix. Will do the same this year.
