has published 'Bali Street Atlas'. I've seen it at the Bintang Supermarket in Seminyak, Periplus Store at Carrefour & a bookshop in Ubud. See link. Some rental car companies supply them with the hire car.
The Bali Navigator is quite expensive to hire - Rp 500,000 for 7 days! Can't comment on whether it is worth the expense.
If you have a 3G capable mobile phone with Maps, buy a 3G sim card in Bali & use your mobile for navigation. I was able to look up streets in Bali on mine at home, so it should work OK in Bali (I'm hoping it will).
