Last year my wife had a fall whilst up at Munduk and fractured her leg the DR's letter to the insurance co and airline was to upgrade to business class with a non- medical escort(me)with wheelchair assistance at both Bali and Sydney, my wife was picked by w/chair at the front of DPS airport and dropped off at the taxi rank at Syd airport after the flight, Jetstar where fantastic in between to both of us, the insurance also paid for the cab fare, which insurance co..??
