correct but if it is done with gas flush cryovacing, where the the machine purges the meat in bag with food grade Co2 as the oxygen is being sucked out then no you are not correct. This removes all traces of oxygen (which is what spoils the meat) in the vacuumed pack. Of course it should not be left in the sun.
