Had been waiting to hear from our TA about our "wait listed" flights (on two dates) after having our original direct flight changed in September. Decided to ring Garuda Sydney office direct (as advised by this forum) and was more than happy with the person that I spoke with - really helpful and straight away had us seated on a direct flight. So happy with the extra night still to work out our accommodation though .... I have learnt a lot with this holiday!
