Well bugger got picked up this morning by the cops. Was not happy JAN did everything right but my licence was not stamped A only B for Motor vehicle not bike. I thought scooters were ok. The buggers got me for 200,000 I tried sweet talking but didnt work. I think most of us only have car international licence anyway but they got me. They were picking everyone up.
Well drove out to Sanur yesterday, beautiful. found a little cafe on beach near Sanur Beach villa - Biggetst king prawns ever. The weather over there beautiful. Bit scary driving the bike there though dont think I would do it again. Driving back ok a lot less traffic until I got stuck behind this truck which I swear had Cow poo in the back.. Visitied a few friends at a little villa called Villa Bagus. They are fantastic. Just located behind our hotel Breezes. Located down a alley way. Fantastic for big families and large groups of people. I think around 230US a night but you can accomodate at least 6 - 8 and there are a few villas. Ordered food in at the villa. Magazine called Allo which lists a few resturants and then order in. So ordered from a indian resturant and Soho. Sorry cant remember Indian, but I think its a well known one. Indian food was the best I have ever had. So creamy.
Visited Waterbom today but not really into it - did it for the kids they love it. There is a new slide which I though my stomach was going to come through my mouth.
Well Our Trip at the Breezes has come to an end. We are off to Kuta Townhouses tomorrow. Look fowrd to do some shopping. Loved our stay at the Breezes and will come again. I think most people would agree with me that its a really nice hotel.
Tried the Hattens wine yesterday - not bad, but I do like my wine really chilled so wasnt as nice as nothing stays icy cold here. Wine cost about 105,000 Rp.
Havnt had Arak as our friends are locals and say dont have any have killed a few of there friends here. Bad stuff going on at the moment.
Oh well off to the pool to get some more rays before Kuta Time
