There is a shoe shop upstairs that has handbags and they are the real ones and down the stairs on the bottom floor there is also a good handbag department with a good selection of real handbags.
I have bought many real bags there and got sometimes 30-50% off the price.
If you want the cheap ones they are everywhere in Bali.
