If you are including Pemuteran into that area, then..yes, there are some beaches and places of interest.
As you travel West from Pemuteran, it becomes less touristy, but it still an interesting place to be.
Java is easily visible across the straits, and interesting to watch the comings and goings in a different part of Bali.
This is also where the large National Park is, and may also be worth a visit, depending on what you like.
The terrain is different, and appears much drier and not "lush" like much of the island.
Can't comment on the bertutu b. but still certainly worth a look in that part of the island.
