yoyo, try Bingin (up the road towards Uluwatu, as the Warungs at Dreamland are gone. There are Warungs at Bingin and there is Villa and other styles of accomodation available depending on your budget. The surf is dependant on the time of year, check out this site http://www.wannasurf.com/spot/Asia/Indonesia/Bali/ it spells it out pretty well.
