Hey there, i tried to call the local indonesian number a couple of times (the one on the website) it never worked. My hotel concierge also tried to get in touch with jetstar at the airport to no avail. If you can pay and wait on hold, you are just as better off to try the aust number. + 001 803 61 691 is the number on the website for 24 hour assistance (this didnt work when i was there). the other number they give for indonesia is an aussie one + 61 3 9340 4904
