For your daughter's party, try the Indo-National. Milton & Kerry have a heap of birthday decorations etc & will organise a cake. Go to their website for contact details.
I guess for your brother's 21st you would need a different atmosphere. Get in touch with Jacqui at the Bali Rock & she will organise something for you perhaps a BBQ in the upstairs section. Live bands every night as well.
