You should book though a travel agent. That way your flights and accommodation are guaranteed by the Travel Compensation Fund. If you miss a flight or you flight is delayed in Bali (lucky you) then you are guaranteed anoter flight without charge.
Travel agents can book low cost airlines but require payment up front and will probably charge a booking fee but for piece of mind I know what I'd be doing especially with the recent Ozjet fiasco.
