Because they have many full page spreads in the Sunday times people would think that they are a very large operation and market leader!
I live less than 250 meters from their office on Stirling street and had to beg for my tickets a few days before departure when i used them.
Watch out for hidden charges like unreasonable taxes charged at a price that are way higher than the actual taxes!
compare holiday planet with as many as you can,just because they have the biggest ads doesn't mean they are the biggest and best company
as already said Air Asia as cheap flight you can book yourself with ease!
If you are not confident going it alone,get a quote from HP and take it to flight center for a better price!
The best packages i have had have been with the top companies like Harvey world.
But it is so much cheaper to do it yourself online.
