My wife, who is 71 yo, had a stroke in Bali on 29/4, spent 4 days in BIMC hospital, had CT scan, single room etc, great diagnosis and good care including supervision and treatment by a local neurologist. Early return air tickets arranged with wheelchair to and from plane. Total cost was covered by "On-line Travel Insurance" and organised by Mondail Assist who seem to handle a lot of the insurance companies' claims. Apart from all the financials (which I didn't have to outlay) and travel arrangements, they rang me daily to check my thoughts on the situation and gave plenty of encouragement.
Cannot praise them too highly.
