If you want hot water and a pool then you are best to stay on the hill with the larger hotels/resorts. A few good ones are Bungalow Oka 7, Lembongan Reef and Ware Ware, probably all around $50 but you may need to negotiate.
If you are happy with cold water and the sea to swim in then you will pay between $10 and $30 along Jungabatu bay. Good places with air con rooms include Puri Nusa, Main ski and Ketuts bungalows (Main ski also has a pool and you can google their website)
The majority of the restaurants are good, Lembongan Reef is one of our favourites, The restaurant at Batu Karang is also great but a little bit more expensive but worth it and Ware Ware's food is good. Along the beach Main Ski has good food, Puri Nusa and Ketuts Warung does nice Thai. Never had a bad meal on Lembongan.
