we were told we were waitlisted because of the class fare we purchased originally I deal direct with Garuda questioned this are there other seats available "yes" but different class, to which my response was we paid in good faith for direct flights in February for our aug/sept trip and expect to be allocated seats on direct flight which thankfully they have done there is actually 10 of us travelling together who this affected. I must say that they have looked after us and we get an extra day in Bali, so no complaints
