Is the Adhi Dharma ok for teenages

Hi All

My son (15) and I generally stay at the Baleka, we are going back in the October school holidays, looking for somewhere closer to Kuta as we seem to spend a great deal of time going back and forth in Taxis, have read some good and bad reviews about the Adhi Dharma, is it ok for teenagers ??, is it a friendly place ??, I am a single parent and its nice to have a chat around the pool, that's one of the things I liked about the Baleka,bad rooms but always someone around the pool to have a chat too.
