That was my JBR we were having spa treatedment in the outdoor room right on border of the property. It was not offensive but would could hear angle grinder, a bit of hammering and shoveling gravle etc. It would only be during te day. They are building a new Febris hotel due to open next year the spa staff told us. It did not bother our spa treatment just remined us we where in Bali not a 5 star hotel in double bay. I think it was onlt obvious to us a we where having massage. The other indoor spa rooms would proabably not have heard it. Cheers
