Yes, IAT flys to Lombok several times a day. They also fly to Flores.
When I checked in at the IAD Airlines counter. I was asked to sit on the baggage scales with my carry on baggage on my lap. The attendant explained that the heavier passengers are asked to sit at the rear of the plane to assist take off! With the assistance of the heavier passengers, the IAD Airlines Fokker F50 took off for Bali.
Another peculiar part of the check in procedure was that I was handed a laminated reusable boarding pass with my seat number on it. Before I was allowed to leave the passenger lounge, this boarding pass was retrieved by the IAT ground staff. Fortunately, I remembered by seat number when I got onto the plane.
The plane only took 21 minutes to fly to Denpasar.
