Its in Melasti st, if you are coming from the beach it is on your right about half way down melasti, a bit before you get to Garlic Lane. (which is the first street to your left) It is next door to Uncle Norms (think it was Norms, but Uncle 'something' anyway)Bamboo bar is only a small restaurant.
