I suggest buying a return ticket to Lombok after you arrive in Bali.
I flew IAT Airlines last year from Lombok to Bali. I find it cheaper to buy the ticket directly from the Bali Domestic Terminal which is next to the Bali International Terminal. In Asia, travel agents add their commission on top of the ticket price. Last year, I paid Rp 309,000 for my flight while the UK fellow sitting next to me paid an agent Rp 500,000 through an agent. I also suggest not allowing a tout/agent help you in the Domestic Terminal, as he will add his commission onto the ticket price.
Another poster on this forum has successfully bargained down the price from IAT Airlines at the Bali Domestic Terminal.
