I've done the trip twice by bus from Bali(16 horendous hours!!) and have always been able to get a driver from the bus terminal in Jogja. Should be able to do the same from the airport.Just make sure you have price in mind before you barter prices.For the return to Jogja airport you may be at the mercy of the drivers or you may be able to negotiate with the driver who drops you off to pick ou up?
