As a previous posting says go into Denpasar. I have been travelling to Bali for the last 22 years. In that time I have purchased many meteres of fabric. You will find mostly dress fabrics,eg. satin, chiffon. Mens shirt and trouser fabric, but no winter fabrics, cords, wools, windcheater etc. Take your own fabric to be made up. Take a sample of what you want made and they can copy it. My dressmaker makes clothes for me from a sketch I give her.
Don't go too crazy or you will pay excess baggage when you leave.
