Yeh I had troubles getting a response from adi dharma, but persisted and got another email address. It always take them at least a couple of days to respond. We are going in Aug as well and have booked for either a family room or inter connect rooms as we have 3 kids, they did say they where busy for aug. anyway good luck and try this address. If you cant get them to reply try and send a fax to the number on there web site.
