yes, you can snorkel from the beach at both blue lagoon and white sand beach. But we go to Blue lagoon by boat from our hotel. if you want to snorkel from beach, you have to go to Padang Bai by car or bike. ask the locals to show you the way. its not hard to find. for white sand beach, travel around 2km north from Candidasa, on the way to Amlapura. check out the sign board to white sand beach. its hanging on a lamp post i think. not very big. pass by a forest and some dirt road. and you will find this secluded beach. just make sure you leave the beach at 6pm before the sunset. the road its quite scary when it gets dark.
