when you come out from MBR to the road end turn left and walk up around the corner and keep going a little further on the left before Jayakarta is a building going on the Old Mabisa just pass that on the right side nearly to the corner of Rum Jungle there is a shop down lower than street level and he sells a bit of everything phone cards, food, icecream and has a couple of tables in there where you can have a meal.He is a wonderful man I am sorry but can't remember his name.
But he speaks perfect english and will explain all about phone and will give you the code that you need and set it all up for you.
