My daughter has arthritis in hip joint and was told to use tumeric powder in Milk.
After trying the powder she was then told you can get stronger tumeric tablets made from the bulb at health food shops in Australia,"Nature Sunshine" is the brand.
I know that after using for about 1 week there was a great difference in her hip so helped wwith the inflamation.
I have been to Wayan the healer from the book "Eat,pray and love" and she gives you sachets of tumeric powder to drink like coffee.
You can buy these sachets from anywhere in Bali, if you go to Matahari supermarket the pharmacy opposite checkouts sells them cheap.
