I have seen some attractive prices offered by Malaysian Airlines, but always the taxes etc figure has been very high. In some cases the taxes etc figure was greater than the the price of the "air fare" quoted. Does the price of 399 Euros include taxes etc?

I have flown with Malaysian Airlines from Sydney to Frankfurt with a fuel stop in KL. The plane was delayed for two hours as the Malaysian King decided he wanted to see his doctor in London. The red carpet appeared and all these body guards appeared carrying chrome plated machine guns. I did not see the King as he was travelling first class and I was in cattle class.

Even in cattle class, the trip was very comfortable. I was sitting next to several Malaysian students who were going to the UK to study.

I tried out my Indonesian on them. I told them that I was capek and wanted to sleep. They were surprised. In Bahasa Malaysia, capek means lazy, whereas capek in Indonesian simply means tired!
