So sorry to hear about your Dad, in aust ambulances go to the closest hospital not sure if it is the same in Bali but surely with a brain tumor you would want the closeset? I would opt to go to the BIMC as it seems to be the best from all of the reports written about it. I hope that your Dad does not need any treatment while on holiday. Did you manage to get insurance for him?
