Your doctor in Oz can get authority to write a script so you can have 6 months dispensed at once. For most visas you need to leave after six months anyway. You will always find a good doctor in Singapore or KL. Checkout expat forums for recommendations. In Bali there is always BIMC or SOS but usually cannot claim for a chronic condition on insurance.
