I went on Google and just typed in your sentance
copy made using a black disc to be used on a PS2 without a mod chip

Several rumours exist about the colour of the CDR etc etc, so far, all have worked for me equally fine.
I recomend Gold coloured disks, but i found they work no better than pretty blue ones nor dark green ones.
