Hi Fiona, got stuck in the lift at KTH on our first day for 40 mins,
guests found us and alerted staff.
Not happy
Cried when we finally got out, was so hot and sweaty, lovely staff girl gave me a drink of mineral water and was lovely to me.
Later my husband went to the bar to get us a drink and was asked to pay for the mineral water that had been given to me earlier.
