I only just got them done in time. We had to have all our jabs on the same day, 30 days before leaving. The doctor said ideally we should have started them 6 months previously. She said that you either have them 30 days apart or if you can't due to not enough time before leaving (like us) all at once. But like what has already been stated it's best to check with YOUR doctor.

My doctor recommended Polio (anyone over 18 it's advised to have a booster nowadays and it's in needle form), tetanas if it's been 10 years since your last shot, Typhoid and if you have a booster within a year you are covered for 20 years (expensive vaccine) and Hep A, the common one that you can get from food, bad hygiene. Hep B is passed through blood etc so I didn't worry with that one (4 was enough!!) I felt like a pin cushion after 4 jabs :)
Nearly forgot the flu jab was recommended also, my daughter had hers but I didn't worry about that one either.
