Bali GPS

We have a Garmin Nuvi 760 and have purchased the Bali Navigator map. Followed the instructions given to download, but we must be doing something wrong, as it is not working. Have emailed Bali Navigator for help, but no response as yet and leaving for Bali tomorrow. Has anyone one else had similar problem? Thanks in advance...
