why would you even think of paying corkage in a place like Sarong. If you cannot afford it or do not want to pay Bali prices....drink Beer. The owner of Sarong owns a winery in NZ so why would he want people bringing there own. In Australia a bottle of Evans and Tait Cab Sauv costs $45 in a restaurant maybe more in others or less in some. Sarong has good wines and you pay. Why not just have one glass with your meal and then go and top up somewhere else on box wine.
