Went to Bali for 2 weeks over Xmas 08 with a group of 20, which 9 of us ended up getting inked.. 3 of us got ours done at 1 place down poppies II (forget the name), 5 others got theirs done at Tya's, also down poppies II (close to the top end near JL Legian) and another got it done above a surf board shop in poppies II (right at the top near JL Legian, next shop after the Kodak shop on the corner).. the cheapest place was the one above the surf shop, really good pricing, second place i'd recommend is Tya's. he's a real friendly guy and just won an award for best tattoos in Indonesia for 08..
