Hi Irene,
If you have an R4 card, you can just plug it into the usb port of your home computer and delete or install games that way, there's no need to take it to Bali to get it done.
All you need to do is google 'download ds lite games' and there are literally hundreds of sites that let you download games to your R4 chip for free :)
