I honestly couldnt fault the Patra. The only one thing I would say though is if you are after a "partying" type of hotel then this is not the place. Alot of the time we had to pool area to ourselves with maybe one or two other families. Alot of Japanese clients but we only ever saw them at breakfast time. Very family orientated hotel and from what we saw the staff were lovely with all the kids that stayed there if you have children, The grounds and the pool area are beautiful and spotless
