and there lays the problem for her. Better she let the hotel know when she gets there or before she will have a friend stay.
Still no need to let her travel agent friend know, between her and the hotel should be okay.
She can even email hotel to let them know in advance and if they wish to charge a small fee its better than not been allowed to have her friend stay with her.
