I would debate whether Travelex card is any good due to what other people have said. I always use a Visa Debit card at one of the many ATMs that are about. Get a good rate -whats a few cents here or there !
We'll be at PR next wednesday and going to all those places that you need to go to - Bintang Supermarket has everything either inside or in one of the shops close by. Better yet find a driver (at front of hotel) and have them take you to Carrefore where you'll be able to get everything. I have left my email open if you have more questions.
