I have stayed at KTH twice and booked to stay again in July. We are a family of 2 adults 2 kids. We have never had a problem with the staff they are always polite and friendly. I have actually found the staff can go out of their way for you. We always drop our key off at reception when going out, having 2 young kids we are never out late. Except one night time rolled on, kids weren't whinging, jumped in a cab at Jln Melasti after 11pm and then remembered KTH reception closes at 11, we jumped out of the cab at Jln Legian and ran back to KTH to find 3 staff members standing on the steps at the front waiting for us with our keys.
There are always good and bad stories.
