in terms of sensitivities and expectations.
Places and circumstances also change on a regular basis.
Ask about a particular airline and some people will hate their experience and others love it.
This is because of the variables that can influence our perceptions.
As with flights, accomodation places can be the same.
If you are unlucky enough, you will get the noisy kids, rowdy drunkards, people upstairs moving chairs about, roosters, dogs and / or motor bikes or other vehicles or all of the above!!.
Most places are affected by these variables, and you could shift accomodation because someone had a noisy kid, only to find out that you are sharing a place with an end of season football team!!
What may be a hectic and noisy environment one day could be a peaceful oasis the next.
I can be more specific about the serving and maintenance staff at KTH.
I have had considerable contact with most of these people, and also observed them over long periods as they go about their business.
I have only experienced friendliness and total cooperation from these guys, and have received generally glowing feedback from friends, guests and others regarding performance of the staff.
This is my experience.
Don't loose sight of the fact that now stage 2 is finished, many guests now pass through KTH.
The negative comments (obviously justified in the eyes of the posters) have come from a very small minority.
Whichever place you choose...let us know how the "noise factor" and staff were.
