Actually it depends on your settings. You can have your profile/photos etc set so freinds of freinds can access them.
If you want only freinds to view your pages go to settings on the top right of the screen, from the dropdown menu select privacy settings and then you will get a list of all aspects of FB which you can then set as to who can see what.
