I emailed them 2nd Feb for the quote and heard back from them on 14th Feb, so just under two weeks. Most places drop their rate if they're not getting bookings and time is running out, lol. I guess people are getting desperate for places to stay in August as things seem to be pretty well booked out.
I was after a budget place to stay. Sinar Indah has always looked very much a budget place to me, but that's not the price range I expected. In fact the prices they quoted were around double what I would pay to stay there.
As for 700K per night? I actually laughed when I read that quote. I'd expect a whole lot more for nearly $100 a night!
