Hi there, thanks for the positive feedback!
Interesting trip back with the lanterns as they were first allowed to come on the plane with us, then they wouldn't fit under the seat or in the overhead locker because of their shape so they had to go under the plane which the crew organised. But when we landed in Brisbane they came out to baggage collection in a different place so we were waiting for them for ages before we went and checked with the airline - they showed us where to collect them. Pacific Blue were terrific no extra charge etc which was great, then we went through the same thing on our domestic link flight to Adelaide, when we rechecked in they said no they will be fine in the cabin, even though we told them they didn't fit on the international leg and the cabin crew did the same for us when we couldnt get them under the seat in the plane! They came through completely undamaged and as they are a little delicate we were pleasantly suprised... We bought them in various sizes and they ranged from 35K to 60K rupiah each. They have the fitting inside for a standard light fitting, wouldn't recommend putting them over candles as they are completely bamboo!! we've bought them for outside lighting in our Bali Garden area where they will look great. Cheers Liz
