Was take 2 mobiles. Have Global roaming on your business phone. Buy a Bali sim card. Copy contacts onto both phones. When you receive a call.. let them know you are overseas and will call straight back. Make sure you have their number and then call back on the other phone with the Bali sim.
You still pay for the call but cuts the cost dramatically.
