If she's still packing in as many bodies as she can squeeze in together, I wouldn't bother. Way WAY too many people crammed into our class and unless you pushed your way to the front of a sweaty mass of arrogant grubs who all knew each other (no thanks) you didn't get to see anything. And you most certainly didn't get to do any actual cooking of any sort. It was more a demonstration than anything. No hands on.
That was in 2005. I would hope she's changed the way she runs it since then.
