Website you will be given Virgin terms and conditions,later on you will receive booking details from "Pacific Blue",which states the 20kg free luggage for international flights.
Very confusing as the Virgin Blue website ask if you want to buy luggage allowance.
I almost paid for my checked luggage last time when I paid for my tickets trough the Virgin website.
Glad I waited!
