Better to organize before you get to Bali and then there won't be a problem when you get there, having to barter a price etc. Depends on what time you get in during the day. If late at night you might prefer to spend a night in say Sanur and then head off nice and refreshed the next morning. I have a driver my family and I used for the past 3 years.
