We looked at Mainski last year. Right on beach, the pool being on the beach with literally a few steps to water, although tiniest little pool ever. Maybe 3m x 5m??? Just renovating small rooms but really well done with nice bathrooms. We didn't look at Bungalow no 7. Mainski was great price and in main town of Jungut Batu rather than Mushroom Bay. Lots of good little eateries nearby. We would stay there next time.
